Currently, users can download a PDF invoice for pledges, but the invoice is not customizable. It includes details like EIN and contact information, but does not display the organization’s mailing address. It would be very helpful to allow customization of the pledge invoice PDF, especially the ability to include the organization’s address. This is important for donors (particularly businesses) who need a complete invoice when sending payments via check. Additionally, having flexibility to customize what information appears on the invoice would improve usability for organizations with different requirements.

The ability to include internal comments when exporting pledges would be extremely helpful.

Some organizations want the ability to celebrate pledged commitment amounts publicly alongside pledge payments made within the progress to goal bar and campaign totals. This could also include an option for the supporter feed to display pledge commitments and note when a donation is linked to a specific pledge.

Please consider creating auto-charge for pledges with limited time until the pledge amount has been reached.

A walk-a-thon type setup to allow donors to be able to give based on milage completed. .10 a mile, .25 a mile, etc.

Offer the option for donors to create a pledge to the organization through Givebutter, as well as the ability to manage and review their pledges

Currently, when a donor makes a pledge, the pledge due date is only visible in the PDF attachment included in the confirmation email. The due date does not appear on the pledge payment link or in the body of the original pledge confirmation email. This can lead to confusion if the donor overlooks the PDF or is unsure when their pledge is due.

The ability to collect payment details without charging the customer, so they may then be charged at a later date.
